Orders, returns, stones, intentions, and how to wear your pieces—plus a form if you still need us.

Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave our studio within 2–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 8–15 business days, depending on your country and carrier routing. You’ll get a tracking link by email once the parcel is scanned into the network. Weekends and local holidays don’t count as business days.

How much is shipping?

United States: $3.99 flat, or free when your order is over $100. Everywhere else: $5.99 flat. Duties or import taxes (if any) are charged by your local customs—not by us—and vary by country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide at a flat $5.99 outside the US. Delivery windows are typically 8–15 business days after dispatch. Some remote regions may take longer; your tracking page is the best status check.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after label creation—that’s normal. If tracking has had no update for more than 7 days after the estimated window, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we haven’t packed it yet, we can usually update the address or cancel. Email shopeclipticjew@gmail.com with your order number as soon as you can. Once it’s marked shipped, we can’t pull it back—you’d use our return window after delivery instead.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Most small jewelry parcels clear without extra fees, but it depends on your country’s rules and the declared value. Any duty or tax is set by local customs and paid to them (or the carrier), not to EclipticJew. We can’t predict or waive those charges.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Custom or personalized items aren’t returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Start a return by emailing us with your order number—we’ll send the return address and next steps.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Email us within 30 days with your order number and the size you need. If that size is in stock, we’ll outline how to send the original back and ship the exchange. Shipping for exchanges follows the same rates as a new order unless we made a sizing error.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Take a clear photo of the piece and packaging and email us within a few days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you—no need to wear something that arrived wrong.

Product, sizing & materials

How do I choose the right bracelet size?

Measure your wrist with a soft tape (or a string + ruler) just above the wrist bone. Add about 0.5–1 cm for a close fit, or a little more if you like room to move. Check the size chart on each product page—bead diameter and cord style change how a piece sits. If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort.

Are the stones real?

Yes. We use natural gemstone beads and crystals. Color and pattern vary from piece to piece—that’s normal for real stone, not a defect. We don’t sell glass “lookalikes” as gemstone.

Will water or perfume damage my jewelry?

Keep pieces dry when you can. Water, soap, perfume, and lotion can dull metal findings and weaken cord over time. Put jewelry on after skincare and fragrance; take it off for swimming, showering, and workouts.

How should I store and clean my pieces?

Store flat or hanging so beads don’t snag. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals. For corded bracelets, don’t stretch them to force them on—use the clasp or stretch design as intended.

Do you offer wholesale?

We review wholesale inquiries case by case. Email shopeclipticjew@gmail.com with your shop name, location, and which series you’re interested in. We’ll reply with availability and terms if it’s a fit.

Crystals for intentions

Symbolic guidance for choosing stones—not medical or financial advice. Full guides live on our blog.

What crystals are good for anxiety and calm?

People often reach for amethyst, howlite, blue lace agate, and smoky quartz when they want a calmer daily cue. Wear them where you’ll notice them—wrist or pocket—and pair with a simple breath or pause. Browse our calm-focused pieces and the matching blog guide for deeper context.

Crystal wisdom →

What crystals are good for love and relationships?

Rose quartz, rhodonite, and moonstone are classic “heart” stones in crystal culture—self-kindness as much as romance. Choose a piece you’ll actually wear; intention sticks when the jewelry is part of your routine.

What crystals are good for protection?

Black tourmaline, obsidian, hematite, and smoky quartz are widely used as “boundary” or grounding stones. They’re a tactile reminder to stay centered in busy rooms—not a substitute for real-world safety.

What crystals are good for money and abundance?

Citrine, pyrite, and green aventurine often show up in abundance-themed sets. Treat them as a focus object for habits you already control (budgeting, outreach, craft)—not as a guarantee of income.

What crystals are good for sleep?

Amethyst, lepidolite, and howlite are popular bedside or evening-wear choices. Keep the ritual gentle: same place each night, phone away, lights down. Crystals don’t replace sleep hygiene or medical care.

What crystals are good for confidence and focus?

Tiger’s eye, carnelian, sunstone, and clear quartz are common picks for “show up” energy. Wear them to meetings, creative blocks, or mornings when you need a visible cue.

How to wear & care

How do I wear crystal bracelets day to day?

Stack with intention or keep one hero piece. Put jewelry on after lotion and perfume. If a bracelet has a clasp, fasten it fully; stretch styles should roll on gently—don’t yank the cord. Rotate pieces so cord and metal get rest days.

How do I cleanse or “reset” crystals?

Symbolic resets people use: moonlight on a windowsill, a short breath while holding the piece, or resting it on a cloth overnight. Skip salt water for porous or metal-set pieces—it can damage them. There’s no required ritual; pick what feels calm and sustainable for you.

Which wrist should I wear a bracelet on?

There’s no single rule. Some traditions favor the non-dominant hand for “receiving” and the dominant for “projecting.” Practically: wear it where it won’t snag on your work, and where you’ll see it when you want the reminder.

Can I sleep or shower with crystal jewelry?

We recommend taking pieces off to sleep and shower. Water and night movement stress cord and clasps; some stones are also sensitive to prolonged moisture. If you love a sleep stone, keep it on the nightstand instead of on your wrist.

What is each stone?

Short primers for stones we sell often. Color and banding vary in natural material.

What is amethyst?

Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz. In jewelry it’s valued for color from pale lilac to deep violet. In crystal culture it’s linked with calm, intuition, and evening wind-down. Hardness is high for daily wear; still avoid hard knocks against stone-on-stone stacks.

What is rose quartz?

Rose quartz is pink quartz, often cloudy rather than crystal-clear. It’s the classic “heart” stone in modern crystal language—gentleness, self-regard, soft focus. It can fade slightly in strong long-term sun, so store out of harsh light when you’re not wearing it.

What is black tourmaline?

Black tourmaline is an opaque black (sometimes slightly brown-black) mineral used as a grounding or “protection” stone in crystal practice. Beads can show natural texture. It’s relatively durable for bracelets; wipe dust with a soft cloth.

What is citrine?

Citrine is yellow-to-golden quartz (some market citrine is heat-treated amethyst—common and stable). It’s associated with warmth, optimism, and abundance symbolism. Color ranges from champagne to amber; variation between beads is normal.

What is tiger’s eye?

Tiger’s eye is a chatoyant (silky-banded) quartz in gold-brown tones. It’s often chosen for confidence and focus cues. The optical “eye” shifts with light—that’s a feature of the stone, not a coating.

What is clear quartz?

Clear quartz is transparent or lightly cloudy quartz, sometimes called a “amplifier” in crystal vernacular. It’s versatile in stacks and pairs with almost any color story. Tiny internal fractures or veils are natural.

What is moonstone?

Moonstone is a feldspar known for adularescence—a soft blue or white flash that moves as you turn it. It’s linked with intuition and cyclical rhythm in crystal writing. It’s softer than quartz, so treat it gently in stacks.

What is lapis lazuli?

Lapis is a deep blue metamorphic rock, often with gold-like pyrite flecks and white calcite. Historically prized for color; in crystal culture tied to expression and clarity. Avoid harsh cleaners; wipe dry only.

Collections & series

What is the Gallery series?

Gallery pieces pair wearable beads with art-led storytelling—think museum mood, color from famous palettes, and jewelry you’d wear to remember a feeling, not a trend spike. Shop the Gallery collection for current drops.

How do Energy / intention collections work?

Our intention edits group stones by the mood people shop for—calm, love, focus, protection, and more. Use them as a starting map, then read the product page for exact beads in each design.

Are your pieces handmade?

Pieces are finished with care in small batches. Natural beads mean no two bracelets are pixel-identical—strand pattern and tonal range will shift slightly, which is part of buying real stone.
